Surprises me how few singers to understand the importance of proper breathing. If there is breath there is life. If there is breath there is no voice! Simple as Simon. If you do not control your breath, you have no chance of a singer.
See how an eagle flies, rides on air currents, which closes its wings and fly higher and higher towards the edge of the stratosphere! Sounds like the wind wills.You must also learn to speak upwith the flow of air as a platform. It is only with much practice. If you have a stable, solid and concentrated finger flow, you have control over your tone.
So let's look at how to achieve it;
I will give you an exercise that will be accelerated, if you work consistently and without compulsion.
